Weekend Brand Sprint · For Hot Tub & Spa Dealers

You're the best spa dealer in your county. You're the fourth result on YouTube.

In one weekend we build the channel that makes customers trust you before they walk into your showroom — and the system that catches them when they reach out. You don't write anything or edit anything. You show up, we build it together, and you leave running it.

See if your market is still open

One company per category, per market. 20 minutes, no pitch deck.

15,000+ subscribers — and that was never the pointbuilt a 7-figure business off itads still need you to sell. this doesn'tauthor, Authority Shift

Who's telling you this

I'm not a marketer. I'm an owner who did this to his own business.

I own a business selling a $3,000 to $12,000 product almost nobody has heard of, in an industry with margins that would make you laugh.

No ad budget. No brand recognition. What I had was a camera and the willingness to explain things honestly on video, week after week.

That channel built a seven-figure business. Fifteen thousand subscribers — and the number was never the point. What mattered was who they were and what they did next. Customers flew in from other states to buy from a shop in Sacramento, because they'd watched me for a year before they ever called.

I didn't do it with a marketing degree. I did it with a system. That system is what we build in your business in one weekend.

What's actually happening

A customer about to spend $15,000 is scared.

Not of the price. Of being taken.

They've been researching for four months. They've read the forum thread about shells that crack in year three. The lifetime warranty from a brand that left the country in eighteen months. The neighbour whose pump died just out of warranty and nobody would come out to look at it. The delivery that turned out to need a crane nobody had mentioned. So they do what everybody does now — they go looking for someone to trust, and they look on their phone.

They watch. They read. They decide who's honest before a single company knows they exist.

By the time your phone rings, that decision is mostly made. You're not competing on product at that point. You're competing on who they already believe.

The uncomfortable part

The best operator rarely wins. The most known one does.

There's a company in your market right now with worse crews than yours, thinner experience, and a shorter list of installs they'd be proud to show you. And they're taking calls you should be getting.

It isn't because they outworked you. It's because they showed up on a screen at the moment somebody was deciding, and you didn't.

In any metro there's exactly one spot for the recognized expert in a category — the name people give when a neighbor asks who to call. That spot is open in most markets today. It won't be in three years.

The weekend

One weekend. We build it. You leave running it.

Not a course. Not a coaching call. A build with a start time and a finish time — and you learn the system as we build it, so your team can keep it running Monday.

What you're actually known forWe find the thing you do better than anyone in your market and turn it into a sentence a customer repeats to their spouse. Most owners have never said it out loud. By the time we finish Friday it's written and it's live on your site.

The part nobody else installs

The Catch System

Attention is worthless if it lands in a voicemail box on a Saturday. Here's what happens to every inquiry the moment it comes in.

STEP 1They watchat 9pm, on the couchSTEP 2They reach outform, text or callSTEP 3Answered inminutesand qualifiedSTEP 4Real buyers onlyon your calendarSTEP 5Trackednothing dropped

I use AI the way your crew uses a crane

Nobody buys a spa because they love your crane. They buy it because it gets set right, on the day you said, by people who know what they're doing. Same here.

I'm not a developer. I'm an owner who figured out where the pieces go — I built my own lead system with no engineering team and no budget, because I needed it and couldn't afford anyone to build it for me.

  • Research that used to take weeks — every question your buyers ask, sorted into a year of topics, in an afternoon.
  • One filming day, multiplied — each video becomes the description, the shorts, the email, the site copy. Filmed once, used eight ways.
  • Every inquiry handled the same way, at 9pm on a Saturday, whether or not anyone's at the desk.

Everything a customer sees gets read by a human first. Mine. That's the whole difference.

Friday afternoon

What you own when the weekend is over

Nine finished assets, not a folder of advice. Every one of them exists by Sunday night and belongs to you.

  • Your Authority Promise — the one sentence that says why you, written and live on your site
  • The Buyer Search Map — twelve months of topics built from what your customers actually type before they spend
  • Three published videos, live, with titles and thumbnails built to be clicked
  • Your channel rebuilt — banner, description, playlists, all of it
  • The Catch System, installed and tested with a real inquiry
  • The Lead Response SOP — written, so whoever answers your phone knows exactly what happens and how fast
  • The Camera Confidence Script Pack — the question sets that make you sound like yourself on camera instead of an actor
  • The 30-Day Publishing Calendar — what goes out, when, already filled in
  • Team Handoff Training — I walk whoever runs your front desk through operating it, so Monday it's yours

The idea behind all of it

You don't have to be great at every job in your business.

You do have to build a business that's great at the things that matter.

That's the whole argument of the book I'm writing. It isn't about becoming an influencer, and it isn't about becoming an AI technician. It's about a small-business owner getting better known, turning that trust into more work, and putting systems behind it so the opportunity doesn't get wasted the moment it shows up.

FROMThe owner does everythingand remembers everythingTOA business that's known, trusted, and built to catchwhat comes in

The sprint is the first chapter, built with you in a weekend instead of read in an evening.

Fit

I turn down more of these than I take

I work with hot tub and spa dealers. One per metro. If you're in another high-ticket category where people research for months before they spend — premium remodeling, outdoor living, pools — call me anyway and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person yet.

This is for you if

  • You're doing $2M or more and you're growing
  • You'd rather be the known name in your market than the cheapest bid
  • You can give up a weekend, and about forty minutes a week after that
  • You can decide without a committee
  • You'll give me access to your channel, CRM and calendar for the weekend

This isn't for you if

  • You want a strategy document instead of a built system
  • You want somebody to blame if it doesn't work
  • You're not growing right now — this makes a growing business bigger, it doesn't fix a shrinking one
  • You won't appear on camera, or you can't give up one weekend. I can build everything else. I can't be you.
  • You want to think about it for six months. Somebody in your market won't.

The part that makes this easy

Do the math before you decide.

This is a high-ticket business. That cuts both ways — every customer you lose to the guy with the better videos is expensive, and every one you win pays for a lot. Use what you actually keep on a sale, not the invoice total. Revenue math is vanity; profit math is a decision.

$
This pays for itself at one closed sale.

Everything after that is margin you weren't getting before — and the videos we publish this weekend keep working in three years, long after an ad budget would have stopped.

There's a second number nobody calculates: the customers who already researched your category this month, picked somebody, and never knew you existed. You didn't lose those on price. You lost them before the conversation started.

What it costs

The Weekend Brand Sprint
$4,900

One weekend. One company per category, per market.

That's less than most companies in your trade spend on a month of ads that stop working the day you stop paying. This doesn't stop. The videos we publish Saturday night are still bringing you customers in three years.

I take one company per category per metro — one spa dealer, one remodeler, one outdoor-living company in a given metro area — because the whole point is being the name, and I can't make two companies the name in the same place. I'll tell you on the call whether your metro is already claimed. If it is, I'll say so instead of taking your money.

Pay in full at $4,900, or two payments of $2,600. Nothing longer than that — a build this short shouldn't need financing.

My end of it, in writing: if you attend the prep call, give me access on time, show up for filming and sign off on approvals — and by Sunday night we haven't published three videos, finalised your positioning, and tested your follow-up system — you owe nothing.

I guarantee delivery, not your revenue. Anyone guaranteeing you sales is guessing with your money.

What owners ask me

The honest answers

I hate being on camera.

Everybody says that. You don't have to perform — you have to explain. If you can walk a customer through why one option costs twice as much and is worth every dollar, you can do this. I ask the questions, you answer like you would in the driveway. The first ten minutes are awkward and then you forget the camera is there.

My customers aren't on YouTube.

Your customers are on their phones at nine at night trying to decide whether to trust somebody with $15,000. That's the same thing. It isn't entertainment — it's the research they're already doing.

I tried an agency and got nothing.

So did most owners I talk to. They sold you posting. Nobody built you a reason to be watched, and nobody wired up what happens when someone reaches out. You paid for activity. This is a build.

I don't have time for this.

One weekend. Your part is Friday evening through Sunday afternoon, and most of it is talking about the thing you already know better than anyone.

What if my competitor does this first?

Then they get the spot. That's the honest answer, and it's why I only take one company per category in a market.

What happens after the weekend?

You own everything and you can run it yourself — that's the point of the filming routine and the scoreboard. If you want me to keep holding the cadence and build the offer ladder out, there's a ninety-day program for that. I'll only bring it up if the sprint went well.

The proof I can show you today

One case study. Mine.

I'm not going to show you a wall of logos. I've run this system in exactly one business so far — my own — and here's what it did. Your results will be your own, but the mechanism is the same.

Case study · my own business, Sacramento

A product nobody's heard of, sold nationwide, from a small channel

The product runs $3,000 to $12,000. Most people can't picture one, let alone justify one. The industry runs on thin margins and there was no budget for advertising.

So I did the only thing I could afford: I explained things honestly on camera, every week — including the times a cheaper option was the right call. Buyers found me while they were still researching, watched for months, and arrived already decided.

People flew in from other states to buy from a shop in Sacramento. Not because I was the only option. Because I was the one they'd been watching.

15,000+subscribers — and the count was never what mattered. It didn't need to be

When a client finishes a sprint and gives me permission to publish their numbers, their story goes here next to mine. Until then, this page shows you the only results I can actually stand behind.
