Your sponsor is named when you join. Ask eXp to confirm in writing that your split and fees don't depend on who you pick.
So the question is simple. Who will pick up the phone? Who has done what you want to do?
Be careful with promises. eXp's own rules say incentives and paid services shouldn't be used to win a sponsorship. If someone offers you something to name them, ask questions.
Read eXp's compliance guidance and decide for yourself.
