eXp fees and cap: where to get the real numbers

eXp lists its split and fees on its own pages, and the details change. Here is how to check them yourself.

• Start with eXp's income and fee page: exprealty.com/income.
• Write down the split and every fee you see there.
• Put your last 12 months next to those numbers and next to what you paid your current broker.
